Refunds
There is strictly NO refunds.
Returns
Returns are to be done within 30 days of your purchase. Once the 30 days have passed, we regret to inform you that your request for an exchange will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Exchange
ScentWalker provides free exchange services for shoppers ONLY when items are defective.
Any purchases of wrong sizes, scents and/or designs are NOT allowed for an exchange.
We want our customers to be satisfied when they receive and use our products.
In case of any disputes, the decision of ScentWalker shall be final.

Within 30 days after receiving Original condition with tag intact
Exchange procedure:

Fill in the invoice slip attached to your item. -
Drop off your return item at SingPost Counters/POPStations ( takes 3 - 5 working days). -
Track your returns via SingPost e-tracker. -
After the process, you will receive a notification email regarding your exchange. -
Item will be delivered to you within 7 days after the notification email has been sent out.
