• How long does the scent last?
• The scent lasts for about a year after it is removed from packaging.
• Customers need to purchase a new pair of insoles from ScentWalker if they wish to have the scent again.

• Why am I not able to exchange or get a refund if I do not like the design or scent?
• This is to retain the duration of the scent. Once the insoles are removed from the packaging, the scent will last for about one year.
• For hygiene purposes as well.
  
  
• What happens if my insoles get wet?
• The insoles are water absorbent as the velvet material will absorb the water.
• Just use a dry cloth and sponge the insoles then let it dry for a few minutes, and the insoles will be good as new!
  
  
• Are the insoles washable?
• We strongly advise customers not to wash the insoles to retain the scent for as long as possible as washing the insoles might cause the scent to fade.

Delivery- Standard

FREE delivery when you spend $30 and above.

A delivery fee of $5 will be charged for purchases below $30.

Delivery procedure:

1. A confirmation letter of your purchase will be sent to your email once your order has been successfully made.
2. You will receive an email when your order has left our warehouse to be delivered to you. The email will also contain the delivery status and information such as expected time of delivery arrival.
3. Your order will be delivered to you within 7 working days.
